Qualified Developer
To accelerate the development of the Îlot Angus project, Groupe Angus was granted Qualified Developer status by the Société d’habitation du Québec (SHQ). This designation is awarded to developers and organizations following a rigorous evaluation process, allowing them to move forward with construction more quickly. This new approach helps address the growing need for affordable and accessible housing in Quebec by speeding up the construction of new housing developments.
